Anxiety
Well..im home for lunch and its a good thing because work was about to make me freak out. They came to us this morning and told us they would be moving us to different places in the call center. I didnt have a huge problem with this. I asked them when they would be doing it. They stated they would be doing it around next week...well next week somehow turned into the next hour. SO, they moved me out of my comfort zone with no time to get used to it, and even worse, near a girl who is quite young and I dont know how im going to deal with it. By the time I left I was starting to panic a little bit with all the chaos. I couldnt breathe very well, i was beginning to get shaky, and my heart was pounding. I think if Id stayed any longer than i did id have had a full blown panic attack which are rare for me. All this on top of not much sleep last night didnt help. So...im going to go dye my mom's hair and get my birth control shot after work, and then I am going to be desperately in need of a beer.
