Motivate Me!
All right, I'm tired of sitting around and talking about writing and learning about writing and thinking about writing, but never actually writing. I need some help.
Let me write something for you.
Send me a prompt (like, "A Closed Door Conversation Between Two College Professors"), a number of words (something reasonable, please--not 10,000--I would like to be working on my novel, too) and a deadline (this is the most important part--I really work best with a deadline). Hopefully, I'll be able to create something mildly entertaining.
Your prompt can be about anything: life, love, your favorite T.V. show, your favorite song. Just send me something to work with.
Also, let me know how you'd like me to send it to you. I can post it to my LJ for everyone to see or I can send it to you privately by e-mail. Whichever.
