My life has changed significantly over the last few months... for better and for worse. I've decided in this time to start having some life experiences. Instead of talking about things, I'm going to do them, even if I'm afraid or not comfortable.
I had known about "Learning to Love You More," a website the was inspired by two writers/artists, Miranda July and Harrell Fletcher, which invites people to complete unique and fulfilling assignments in their lives. The assignments are determined by the people who use the site and everyone submits their assignments for possible inclusion in an exhibit.
http://learningtoloveyoumore.com/ I loved reading about it, but didn't want to participate in it.
Last week, I found a website that encouraged my "life experiences" mantra further and have followed suit with the other users of the site.
Day Zero When I found 101 in 1001, my interest was piqued and I wanted to do something about it. SO, after nearly a week of inspiration, thinking and internal conflict, I decided to create my own list and follow it for 1001 days. I will share it all with you and I invite you to create your own as well so that we can all help eachother out. A few from my list will be easy, a few difficult and others that are doable. I'm ready to start and will blog and photograph my adventures. This is different than anything I've ever done, so I'm looking forward to these new adventures in my life.
My 101 in 1001 has its own site. I thought about posting it here... but there are entries on my LJ I would prefer some people to never see. And I'm not quite willing to take the time to hide all of the entries. So check out my 101 below :)
