(no subject)
hiya folks! I'm back from Italy and Greece and all i have to say is that it was AMAZING! the most beautiful scenery and stuff that i have ever seen. i am definitly going back at some point or other whether for school or pleasure or whatever, i don't care. YOU CAN'T STOP ME!
well, i must say that Italy was a bit of a disapointment, but Greece was fucking amazing. i think it's because my mom has told me all sorts of stories about Italy so i was expecting it to be a certain way, but greece? not really. i guess i didn't have any ideas so it was all a big surprise and so beautiful and warm and friendly and perfect in every way! i even got sunburnt! i had to wear sunscreen! and then i get back home and it's cold and rainy.....not to mention the time difference. (which is 7 hours in Italy and 8 hours in Greece, by the way. they had their daylight savings time last week as opposed to tomorow) so here it is 6:30 in Washington, D.C. and you know what time it is there? 1:30! in the morning! it's tomorow in Italy and Greece! and i definitly woke up this morning at 4:30 Italy time. so that means according to local D.C. time, i have been awake since around 10 o'clock last night! daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn
so i get home and there are all these letters waiting for me. you know what they are? yea you seniors know what i'm talking about. letters from colleges. and you know what is awesome? it turns out that i have been accepted to 9 out of the 10 schools that i applied to! aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!! the one that i didn't get into was tufts and i really wasn't expecting to get in there anyway. it's too smart for me. plus, i hated it and really didn't want to go there. so that makes this as my final list:
SUNY Geneseo, Colby-Sawyer College, Juniata College, St. Mary's College of Maryland, Utica College, Allegheny College, Alfred University, Clark University, and Skidmore College!!!!
now it's time for the hard part.........WHERE AM I GONNA GO TO SCHOOL NEXT YEAR?!?!?!
