(no subject)
I realized the other day , when I was posting about my grandfather, that I haven't posted in a while. I have some happy things to share, too, I swear!
Tonight, though, I'm exhausted and in a lot of pain, so this is more of an announcement that I fully intend to relate happy and funny stories and news.
Possibly as soon as tomorrow, if the pain lets up. Which isn't likely unless I get some sleep. Fortunately, I don't have to be up for work tomorrow, only up in time to go to a brief funeral service. You don't need coherency for that, right? So, i can afford to take some knock me out drugs tonight.
And I will. Oh, yes, I will.
Irrelevant factoid that I am disproportionately delighted over- my android tablet has a spell checker that is independent of LJ's, and that will replace my typos with better spelled words. It's good because it keeps me from looking even less intelligent than I feel right now. Or something.

PS- do you think it would be a bad idea to mix alcohol with a mild sedative, as in instead of taking a less mild sedative? I could really go for a hard lemonade...
