Thursday/Friday Saturday
Like every beach week the last few days goes by so quickly.
Thursday was pizza night at the beach. Not my fav but the inlaws like it and so do the kids so it is a win win. We made margaritas and it was good. We stayed up late, looking at pics of presidents as young men and picking our who's hot/who's not list....after all the presidents, we moved on to the signers of the Declaration. Much laughter.
Friday night was Chris' taco night. YUM again. More margaritas and time on the beach. Fun. I was brave and flew in the waves. No bibbits, no sharks, no seaweed. Awesome. Actually there were more monkey bites than shark bites at our time at the beach. Yes, that's right, Monkey bites. What a wonderful world we live in.
Saturday is left over night with added mac and cheese, more wine and and mad packing. our plans are to go to in laws house for an overnight, then up on Monday all the way. I'm in ok shape so I think I can drive all day on Monday.
Sat morning I picked up some horseshoe crab bits that washed ashore. Some egg cases and oh look, more shells. I'm planning some awesome dioramas in my future.
I wish I was more descriptive in these posts, but I'm kind of knackered at the end of a two week vacation.
