Let me start with Dinners as this is how we pass the days here
Sunday- Chicken Picatta, with pasta, spinach salad, and asparagus.
Monday- Pork tenderloin with candy apples, smashed potatoes, peas, and sauerkraut.
Tuesday- Mike's chili, corn bread, (ordnary and one with chilis in it) But me, the kids, and Aunt Kelly had chicken and rice. Me no do chili.
Wednesday- Many store bought pizzas that we doctored with more meat and veg. Green salad.
Thursday- Fajitas, of left over pork, chicken, and with an addition of sausage and steak.
Friday- (don't know yet)
Saturday- Still don't know
Sunday-we leave a.m.

It has been good, as beach weeks go it is flying by. My Mother in law gets cranky if we don't do what she says/wants but that was not a surprise going into this. Quiet is nice.

I've been able to wonder down to the ocean by myself a few times which has been wonderful. I've made some things. The shelling this year has been slow, but today the ocean gave me some nice ones to play with, which is what I'll be doing once I get dressed.

I have found a clam after the crazy of the weeks before. I know that i will have to deal with my mom when I get back, but I've found some reserve here.

I started to wax poetic last night while listing to music while on the deck near the ocean. It was very nice. That is how I know I've relaxed. I let my bad inner poet out. =)

I've been quiet on the beach and all the sand crabs come out to clean their houses. That was awesome. I've seen dragonflies dancing on the surface of our pool and later mating away. I've seen sea grass on the dune sway with the wind. This is my happy place.

Peace out
