Table top day
Yesterday was Table Top day, A day where people get together and celebrate table top games. Started by Felicia Day and Wil Wheaton, to promote coolness and their show Table Top.
I had wrenched my neck and was bound to a heating pad so we could not go to our local game store to play so we played on the bed on books. It was me, my husband James and son William. Olivia did not want to play.
William came out of the box ready for blood and had a substantial lead. James and I rallied and in the end we were all neck and neck. It was anyone's game. On WIlliam's last turn he got a level 1 monster to fight. D'oh. I threw everything I had at him, James threw everything he could to help the monster defeat him and we thought we had him.....until Wil threw down, with much flourish I may add, a Doppelganger card to double his base score.
