Okay. In the coming days (maybe a week?) I'm going to start trying to keep my calories under 1600 per day. Right now, I have a fridge full of already-prepared food that needs to not be wasted, so until I have it really whittled down, I'm just going to attempt moderation with what's already in there.
Here's a list of what I've eaten, to be updated through the day...
Got up at 6:30 a.m., ate at about 7, maybe?
About 2 cups of orange juice with no pulp
About 2 cups of 1 % milk
2 cups of water with a little lemon juice
4 to 5 oz. roast beef
About 1 medium whole potato cooked with the roast
12 or so baby carrots cooked with the roast
Probably a few 1/2 inch slices of celery from the roast.
Lots of broth from the roast, which had a little sherry, garlic salt, regular salt, pepper, and parsley in it.
About a tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of light margarine and 1 to tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
Observations: Doesn't seem moderate when I look at it. While I'm sure I'm not hungry, I want to go have a snack of
something sweet.
