Yo yo yo, wassup, wassup?
I seriously am on here way too much. Most of what I write is private, but then I get bored and want to put stuff where peeps can see it.
Right now I am talking to TJ through gmail instant chat and feeling super-hyped up because I'm chugging down my third cup of coffee this afternoon. I had two in the morning, so altogether that's five. I can count! Woot! Terry is telling me about how nervous he is about getting laid off of work before he's even officially started it. But I think they will keep him because he is young and knows all sorts of new and fun things about stuff.
My stomach hurts because of too much coffee and I am anxious to finish reading the Kite Runner; it's so so so good. Seriously, read the book.
Also, I just got off the phone with a lady who runs a fiction critique group and it sounds like the real deal, oh boy. She's published thousands of articles and this group sounds like just what I need. I am so excited. It sounds like college - she is going to email me stories to read as well as guidelines as to how to critique them, although she doesn't expect me to critique right away, but just ot get a feel for it. You have to turn in your stories/chapters a week ahead of time so they can get emailed to everyone and read and critiqued. Have I mentioned that I am so excited?
