I know I don't ask often, but I'll need squad leaders to report to Ise-fukutaichou. Check your rosters; make sure everyone is accounted for.

Far be it from me to defy the Central 46 or do any actual work or anything, but maybe we need to start moving on our own. The Central 46 seems content to let Rukongai burn itself out and maybe try to take us with it. We're smart enough to come up with some alternative, right?
You've got Kira out there escorting supplies in, don't you, Jyuushirou? There's a ready-made excuse to get out in the fray -- he could always use an extra hand. Central 46 hasn't said a word about the orders to arrest troublemakers. Why don't we go actively do so, rather than wait for them to come to us?
We all feel horrible about this but feeling bad isn't going to fix anything and some of these people have gone beyond righteous indignation and into straight rioting and looting. We can deal with bad press later. Right now maybe we need to step in and be the bad guys. Nothing much we can do now is going to further tarnish our reputation anyway.
