(no subject)
It's been a while since I updated... I've been uberbusy though lately.
On Wednesday for my lesson we watched 'Finding Nemo' and they paid me 3,000 yen. It's crazy how easy teaching is.
My sister's got 56 of her students coming to the Christmas Party thing and Kim's got 82 I honestly don't think that the Hob Nob is big enough for all of those people but they seem to think it's fine so ~shrugs~ it doesn't matter to me, I get paid either way. April and Paul are coming too to help us and Paul is dressing up like Santa because Kim's husband is a loser and won't do it. It should be cute though. Dana jokingly told me and April we were short enough to go as elves... I, of course, had to point out that I am a half inch taller than her and April is exactly the same size as me. So Jacqu and Bradley (Kim's son) are probably going to be Elves. We're just hoping that when Joey and Hope see "Santa" they don't start screaming "Paul, Paul".
On Saturday Jade and I went with her soccer team to a Tourniment in Okego. We had to leave at 6:30 and we didn't get back until 8:30 at night. Normally that wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that the weather here is colder than it ever gets in Az and the worst part is... it actually snows here. I'm sure I'll think the whole snow thing is novel for about 5 minutes but eventually it'll start to suck. So me and April (Who's from Cocoa Beach Florida) are planning on spending the winter inside watching movies.
I want to come back to the states for Christmas but I don't think I'm going to since I would only be able to stay for a few days and it's 17 hours of flight just for one way so... I think I'll wait. I'm definitely coming back in March though for my birthday. April is going to be coming with me too so that will be cool and that also means I don't have to fly alone. April SAYS she wants to meet my family and Jen and Sarah and my other friends but I think that secretly she just wants to get a tan (J/K).
