There is no place which isn't behind your back though. You're under us and basically monitoring us when you're not busy with other stuff. Besides, you already know my personal opinion of you, I think.

Rena Ryuuguu and possible some others here have it. It's a local neurological from the town on Earth they're from. It produces severe paranoia eventually leading to what becomes homicidal or suicidal tendencies.

It's apparently named after their home town, simply called "Hinamizawa Syndrome." They're from a small town in the 80s, so I don't think they know too much more than that.

But it... evolves over time, it gets worse and worse. And right now Rena's gotten to a high "level." They categorize the level of infection/activation of it by level. One and two are apparently tame, three is where they start to get overly suspicious of people, four they start to see and hear things which aren't there... and five people have been known to rip out their own throat.

They aren't entirely sure what causes it, I think, but it would have to be some issue in the brain, right? I want to know if you can help us suppress or cure it. It was too much for them in the 80s, but I'm sure it would be easy for you.

Interesting. I'm aware of this issue- there were a number of details about it in their files. Do you have them, or did they arrive after the files were retrieved?

I... don't have the files one them. If they have them, I don't know; never asked. I got told what's going on by Rika. She knows what's happening in her village.

It's variable - because it's a neurological disorder, apparently mood can make it better or worse. But she's ripped out like half her throat already while we were kidnapped by the Organization.

But I'll... see if I can't find the reports. There was a Rena back then, I think.

I'll make a note of it. I have a number of far more important projects to complete before I consider others, and one death is hardly a matter of great concern for me. Perhaps if I find myself with an abundance of free time.
