I think it is. Why shouldn't it be? If we're inside a barrier and we can't fly away, why would they need a covering? Besides, it rains and snows from the sky. Do fake skies rain and snow? Doubt it.

Why would you doubt that? Those are easy to fake, just control the climate in here. There's some people here who can fly and some that can teleport and stuff too.
