I'm so awake
it's dumb
It's 3 AM and I'm wide awake
we night have a snow day tomorrow (today) and that would be good cus I'm sure I'll be exhausted but theres so much to do tomorrow
I have 2 tests, sight singing and disabilities, I'll do good on sight singing, disabilities is a toss up
Speaking of sight singing, the class/club sight singing thing I'm starting next year is really starting to take shape in my mind and in reality. I get ideas for it all the time, and I can see myself in front of my peers leading these fun games and really getting a lot accomplished and helping people learn. On top of that I'm getting lesson plans started and talking about organizational and preparation issues with my professors and making plans to discuss it with the head of the Kodaly program at New England Conservatory while I get m level 1 Kodaly certification in the summer. I'm really excited.
For my non-music major friends, I know that was probably really confusing and such. I'm sorry. From what I've been told its not particularly interesting to anyone but myself, but if for some reason you'd like to understand, I'd be happy to explain.
The opera is done, which is fantastic, and I have my life back, and I'm happy.
Now it's just making sure I don't fail everything (haha, sounds like middle/high school all over again, when did college start assigning homework?)
I'll be in Auburn by Saturday, I'd love to see people and catch up. Please leave me a comment or call and leave a message at 233-8301. Love you all. Good night (morning?)
