The week in review

Since Death Note I don't know if I've actually slowed down.  Maybe Monday night, but that's just about it.

Saturday saw my longest-standing friend who I haven't seen in years, visited then took him to cheesecrack.
Sunday my oracle was slain in cold blood....more on this later.
Monday I skipped yoga and watched a good chunk of scifi's Dune, forgetting until this moment that Heroes was on.
Tuesday I finally made it to fighter's practice and started reviewing fencing footwork.
Last night began the second DnD game.  Playing a ranger and so far have only used warlock powers....gotta love fighting in a straight line as a melee-oriented character.

So, the oracle.  I'm honestly surprised that every member of my Sunday game (except the missing one, who is still innocent) was party to cold-blooded killing.  The perpetrator said he'd argue with anyone who called it murder, since the goblins are at war with the players' races, but it was still cold blood.  She didn't even fight back as the wizard choked the life out of her.  And no one had enough conviction to be able to stand up to those in the party who were for it and me, as the voice of the damned.  Guess I'll just have to finish setting this storyline now that the goblin king's very own daughter has been brutally slain.
