olympia!
was super fun. i went to a comic expo and got to meet ellen forney! she is an amazing comic artist who is super sex positive, and super hot. i totally flirted with her and made a bit of an ass of myself. but what ever.. i also got to see jeffery brown, who is super adorable and awkward. he did this amazing live reading of one of his comics. it was hilarious!
i also saw jim woodring speak. he has the most amazing original style that just blows your mind. and is quite a character. apparently a lot of his drawings are inspired by hallucinations he has been having all his life.
we ate good food. got a small amount of bike riding in, and a bit of dancing at a small town gay bar, full of straight people. i had a overall good time and it was so great to see molly again, and hang out with tif before she escapes to montreal. fucking montreal stealing everyone away.
its really important for me to get away once and a while... maybe next time for a bit longer...and to portland.
