Free The Azoic & InterFace CDs - This Friday, May 22nd
So, this Friday there will NOT be an ElektroLounge. House of Voodoo will still be going on, but only with the goth/deathrock room. It will be at Medici's on 9th & Folsom. My apologies to anyone who showed up to Julie's last month for HOV/ElektroLounge and found it closed. The guy renting Julie's (and allowing us to do our club) has suffered from severe-asshole-landlord syndrome and is now in a legal battle. We are in process of finding a new venue that will allow the ElektroLounge to continue. Hopefully next month.
In the meantime, House of Voodoo this month will be giving away CD's by the azoic and Interface , courtesy of Nilaihah Records. For those of you not in the know, Nilaihah features some of the best Dance Electronic, Industrial EBM bands. The azoic is a great band (one of my favorites) and is in a similar vein to The Dust of Basement.: EBM with hard, dance beats and smooth, ethereal female vocals. This is a great chance to check them out. Don't miss it!
