After much umming and poring through property books and magazines I've decided that I should consult a financial planner. Property ownership is still way out of reach but I have to get started and I want to know how to get started. I mean if a silly twit like Elisha reckons she can buy a house, then so can I, dammit.

Bah. I'm just living in a world where if you're a young woman and not engaged/married, have no kids and if you don't own property, there's something wrong with you.
