A Note on My Coworkers
I guess for future reference, I should mention the six foreigners that I work with.
Benjie A Canadian from New Brunswick who has spent the past three years teaching in both Japan and Korea. He's leaving for home in December, and I'll definitely miss him.
Natalie Another Canadian from Ottawa. She was really good friends with the person I replaced, so she helped me a lot to learn the ropes. She's a fellow English major, and she's been my intellectual comrade in the group.
Daniel An American from Oregon. He's really tall, and he loves harassing Koreans when he's drunk. Despite that, he's still a pretty cool guy.
Adam A British fellow from Bath, UK. He lives on the same apartment floor as I do, and we both finish early on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and walk home together. We've hung out with each other quite a bit (like seeing the James Bond movie), and have taught each other about our different cultures, especially sports.
Claire An American who graduated from Penn State. She's definitely the hot chick in our group, and she and Daniel have recently become a couple.
Maddie Another girl from Penn State. She went to college with Claire and decided to come to Korea a few months after her. She's been here just a month longer than I have. She seems cool. but I've gotten to know her the least.
