Step 1. Switch to all Primal foods. Do not worry about quantities. Especially for food addicts, you should be aware that one of the points of going Primal is that you should be able to eat large quantities of food with considerably less if any adverse effect on your fitness.

Step 2. Manage quantities of Primal foods for superior fat loss.

Step 3. Enjoy ripped body.
