We played the best show of my life on Saturday in Wicker Park.
The bands before us were acoustic/ambient, well-known, getting positive reviews from Pitchfork and signed to labels. All our best people were there, everyone was drunk by then so they were really pumped. We got major props from mewithoutyou? Then some street performers tried to take the stage and some crazy chick with a bra on her head threatened to beat up Shawn because he wouldn't let her borrow his guitar.
It was great.
My good friend Michael Quattlebaum is on MTV's Next. I saw him on Talk Soup and he says something really funny about looking like a young Cosby and he is wearing a Cosby sweater.
