Holy Fuck! The Northstar Cafe!

The homeade ginger ale at North Star Cafe is so good. I don't know why it took me so long to check out this place, but we've already been back after going to the northern location for my birthday dinner two weeks ago. Besides the Short North location's (totally expected) pretentious-contingent, which is hilarious considering it's next to a White Castle, the ambiance is wonderful on the patio, and I felt really good being there. You can try a variety of loose teas, chosen for their hipness as well as good taste. Fresh-squeezed, organic, granola are some other words that come to mind, but you won't ever find yourself politically opposed to the good feeling in your gut after trying one of these delicious dishes.

$9.60 for a veggie burger? Yes, but totally worth every penny. My new favorite Columbus-grown restaurant.
