OK, I want to be a rank-and-file Republican, notwithstanding the fact that I despise being rank and if I was, I would not file it. I have so much doubt about so much money being committed after so little thought. But the demented Democratic Congress coupled with a mad Republican administration want it. Everything in me says this is disaster.
