Recent doings
Hey all, long time no post. Not online much the last few months.
News is that I went down to Melbourne briefly recently, but I didn't really catch up with people as I would have liked (sorry!) as I didn't really have the time and energy. Went for three reasons 1) to tie up loose ends re possessions 2) lots of medical appointments 3) market stalls and buying supplies for.
I went to St Andrews Market and then at the end of the week to CERES Market, to try flogging some of my jewellery. St Andrews was a washout rainwise, but one guy bought two of my pieces; at CERES it was sunny, and I sold four things. Then some of my family bought pieces too, so all in all I got $250 which is alright, although of course in no way a decent wage per hour.
Gf got a new job, with Legal Aid working with refugees, and corresponding payrise, so she wants to go to Indonesia (Bali) before she starts, to do hardcore luxurious relaxing. She's taking me, I'm not complaining. We're going Sunday week for ten days. Only a couple of hours away. No escape from the stifling build up weather though, although it rained here the other day which was FREAKY - that's not normal for this time of year.
