I'm getting too old for this shit
As expected, i was wicked sore yesterday from shoveling. And of course, i had to re-exhume my car again yesterday morning because I got plowed in. Thank you NY Sanitation Department! After I managed to get enough snow moved, my car door lock was frozen. LOVELY! Took a cab ride to Pep Boys to find some lock de-icer. A specific kind. A big can of the stuff that Bob had was just not working. I needed a small inject-into-the-lock can. Got to Pep Boys and they didn't have it. Started walking home and stopped into a car wash. They had it. SCORE! I got 3 of them and took another cab back to my house. I emptied all three cans into the lock and it STILL wasn't moving! WTF?? I resorted to grabbing 2 cups of scalding ass hot water. 1 cup worked. The other i dumped on my windshield.
Saw When A Stranger calls last night with Naama. It was ok. I need to get When a Stranger Calls back, the sequel to the original version. That was WAAAAAY creepy. Even the reviews on Amazon.com were almost unanimous in their praise of the sequel.
Accomplished two of Naama's goals last night: had a snowball fight and made snow angels. Well, the snow angels looked more like snow crackheads. What can ya do, ya know?
Tonight, as part of anti-valentine's day festivities, gonna go bowling with Naama and Anonymous Walterfriend.
