I'm on 6.5 weeks of not drinking during the week :)

Got done working out earlier and just sucking down the water. Been working out 3-4 times a week, eating well and sleeping good :)

This is the change that I have been wanting to make, but lacked the motivation for during the last 5 years.

Life is good.
