Human tape recorder replaced with new tech
Is probably why I have been really been hating this new school year. First there was the J-ALT then my JTE started using a CD to teach alphabet along with a companion book. I am rendered more useless than before D; not only is there another person with my job title but there is now a CD of English language voice actors filling in for my voice. And I get to stay in the shokuinshitu and stew over this ):
Sorry about that, I needed to get my complaints out. Yesterday at English Salon I heard a pretty sad story. There's a guy who is into real estate and just bought an apartment building near a college in Ota. He has inherited the tenants who he says are all kinda crazy. One tenant is a Chinese woman with a baby. He tried to tell her that they're going to have to draw up a new rental contract and she just shook her head and gave him a number and name. He called the number and got a 65 yr old Japanese man who told him to wait until he got some DNA results back about the baby D: )
So he waited and finally contacted the man and the man was informed that the baby was indeed his. This man already has a wife, kids, and grandchildren! What kinda 65 yr old goes after a young Chinese woman who barely speaks Japanese and impregnates her?! So he decided to put up his mistress and baby in the apartment indefinitely. I wonder if the wife knows about this secret family. If she does and is letting him stay in the house Japanese women are more masochistic than I thought.
