Have you ever tried starfruit? It tastes like a mushy apple and it's kinda sour. The seeds when they get in your mouth taste a little funny too.

My sister went to China and tried lots of stuff. She said she liked liechi berries the most. I tried it in juice form and it's pretty badass.

yeah I liked starfruit ok. omg, I remember, the weirdest thing I ever ate was a persimmon this one time. I've had different persimmons and most of them were normal fruity numbers, but ONE TIME my mom got some from my grandma and I sliced one open and took a bite and the fruit VIOLENTLY SUCKED ALL THE MOISTURE FROM MY MOUTH LIKE A DENTAL VACUUM. it was FREAKY. so then my mom tried it and the same thing happened to her :O that was reeeeeally weird. it actually TASTED good, it was just the weirdest feeling ever :O

Oh shit! that must've been really odd. The fruit that I really like (a fruit that's actually pretty popular now) is that acai berry. I like it in sorbet form and mixed with orange juice. It's like a dark gray mixed with purple if you ever see the juice and it's supposed to help you lose weight I guess. I think that's why it's getting recognition from the media these days.

ahh yeah! I've had acai juice a few times. I've never actually seen the berries in the store that I can remember though. I wonder if they are available anywhere
