of chilled emotion,
Frozen in a time past
Thaw

Closed portals
to worlds deceased,
Decrepit memories
Cease

Unwanted visions
of parralells
Dancing in the now
Leave

Let me live
Strive to be more
Or less
But...here

Here

In this moment
I am brilliant
Bright against the backsplash
of my future

Not what I wanted
But enough
Finally sated,
Here, now, as I am.
