It’s really annoying seeing all the “beautiful souls” musicians and artists from around the world refusing to perform in Israel, what a bunch of hypocrites, you say you are against Israel’s government’s policies in the west bank and Gaza strip … well why didn’t you refuse to perform in the US when you all were against the war US administration is conducting for the past decade, many of you said they are against the actions of the US government yet never have I heard of any of you refusing to perform here, I tell you why you did perform here, because Israel means only one gig for you when US is a big tour, so it all comes down to profit, you would never turn down the profit from north American tour but it’s so easy to skip one tiny country. If you are really against the government’s policies go there stand on stage and say it to the people, isn’t that the point… to be heard, to express your opinion from the stage. I’ll still listen to your music and will still go to your gigs in the US but for fuck sake stay to what you are good at don’t mix politics into your music because what you will become is as shady as the politicians you are “fighting”
