And back to our regular programming...
So, Adelaide trip has now been and officially gone. Had a great time, thanks of course to the best mate anyone can have, Azza!! A pretty full on couple of days, and a couple of quieter days have done wonders. Mostly, anyway.
Went out Thursday night to some place called the Alma - apparently owned by Mark Ricciuto, of Adelaide Crows fame. Had much to drink, watched people lose on pokies, and had a big chat with Ceri. Big very drunk chat. I don't really remember much of what was said, from what I recall, it was 50/50 good bad. Maybe a little more on the side of good... Then back to Aaron's place, and a late night walk around the lake, with the man, and a big bottle of water. Then bed...
Was really nice to meet a few of the people I've heard so much about. Well, one of them at least... Chris seems to be a really nice guy, very funny too... And I remember laughing a lot with Emmanuel, but I have no idea what it was about. Probably that he was stuffing more beer down my throat... And Goli seems pretty cool too, along with her friend... =D
All in all, I should really be in bed, cos its way too late for me to be doing this.
But I had a fantastic time, but next time (and there will be a next time), I might have to save up a bit more, and bring some cash for gambling too... I believe not enough time was spent in Sky City this time...
