Hello loves!
Well I'm back in the SP and so i thought it was time to do the mandatory massive picture post from my trip... Harvard was SUCH an incredible experience that I won't degrade it by trying to put its impact on me into words, but just know that the people you are about to see are some of the most amazing people on the PLANET. I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend a month.
This is my home...STOUGHTON! It is very old, but charming...
And now, some introductions...
My proctor, Luke. He was the most condescending, annoying dickwad i'd ever met. If you want a friend who always follows the rules and sucks the fun out of anything, then Luke is the man for you. Luke was not the man for me.
But the boys got him back by putting this in his room and pretending that it was his...
CONDOM!
CAROLYN!!! My life.
Colleen from Austin (and carolyn)
Allison from Iowa
Daniela from N.Carolina (lived in Winthrop but we adopted her)
Who wouldn't she's so cute!?
Sunit clearly thinks that he's the shit.
Mike from Michegan (no idea how to spell that)
Anil (from NY) wasn't in our dorm, but we semi adopted him.
TJ is one of those rich snobby New Yorkers. One time he told me to shut up before he crushed me with his wallet. We still loved him though.
Kristin (from Canada) and Christina (from IRELAND)
Christina had the most ADORABLE accent...
Lina (from BULGARIA) and Teresa (from MEXICO)
Emre from TURKEY! (he was really good at soccer)
Gregory Owen checking out a picture...
Aaron aka TEXAS (guess where he's from)
Adam from Utah (yes he is a Mormon)
Ian from Indiana
Ryan (from Louisiana):
Sometimes he was nice..
Mostly he was evil...
Our boys were very...MANLY.
Catching up on the latest trends...
Mike
Man bags?
'Negative Nancy', Texas, and Sunit

You know he secretly loves wearing a bonnet.

I LOVE THESE GIRLS (excluding myself).
Allison, me, Carolyn, Colleen
What beauties...
Carolyn, Daniela, Allison
What beauties?
Texas, Sunit, TJ
Sometimes, our quest to intimidate other dorms required desperate measures - like wearing matching harvard hats designed for middle-aged men.
This is the view from right outside the gate...that beautiful church-looking thing in the corner is actually part of the dining hall ANNENBERG - it is what the Great Hall in HP is based on...
Inside eating / messing with the table signs...
"BUS YO OWN TRAY SUCKA"
In the dining hall, there was this statue of John Adams in a really odd position - he looked like he was trying to grope some invisible ass.
Sometimes Carolyn and I mocked him...
And sometimes we impersonated him while on the T...
Our favorite place to chill was the stairway because we didn't have a common room. That knob was named Knobby.
The stoop: our second favorite place to chill.
And when we were bored, this is what we turned to...
THE CUBE.
WOW...six blues in a row!
Still cubin'...
Usually I needed some help.
And when we got tired of being complete nerds, we played some pool.
We loved to watch street performers in Cambridge - you can't see him, but this one was amazing.
We even danced...
We often took the T, and while I surfed...
Sunit posed...
And Colleen...sang?
CROSS-FIYA!
When we went to Boston, we gave the cows some love...
Sometimes we were pretty SCARY.
We all loved to eat.
and eat...
and...eat?
We stuck out our tongues...?
We also loved to play in the rain.
I was always very busy...
GOING ON MYSPACE AND LJ.
Sometimes, at 3 in the morning, Anil would say...
LETS GO RUN IN THE SPRINKLERS!
On the Fourth of July we went to the bridge to watch fireworks...
The Charles River is pretty nast.
The girls had a lovely relaxing trip to MARTHA's VINEYARD...
Allison, Colleen, me, Carolyn
Car and I
Sadly, I didn't put on sunscreen so now I'm peeling and look like a Lepper...
The laundry room was pretty fun...
But sometimes things got lost.
Like a finger...
OR A LEG!
There was a lot of LOVE.
I heart Anil.
I heart Car.
Sending out some love rays...
I love this girl more than life...
When our session came to an end, some of us were a little bitter (cough cough GREG)...
But it was an experience that none of us will ever forget. It's amazing how close a group can get after living together for only a month. I can only imagine what college will be like.
Stoughton South~
I miss you all more than you can know.
If i never see some of you again, have a wonderful life. You deserve it.
Lets hang out, SPers. <3
