Hey everyone...
Not much going on here. Mom and Shelby are on the other side of the state at a bowling championship...I can't believe how good Shelb's gotten. Her coach tells me that when she gets old enough, she'll be getting lots of offers and scholarships. That's awesome for her.
Worked last night and this morning. A really big jerk came in to buy guitar strings yesterday and was trying to act all smooth, but I got him when I had to ask for his ID because his credit card was messed up. Ha. Then today was the most boring day of all. 4 hours, and only 3 real customers. Zach Rives came in and had me run a price check on something he had no intention on buying. Of course, I didn't know that until I had already done it. What a butt.
So American Music is now Music and Arts Center, and it's a HUGE pain. I feel like it's my first time working there now, because everything is a totally different procedure. And I mean EVERYTHING. The store is even set up differently. And it makes me feel really stupid when I have to ask how to do simple procedures in front of customers, because if I do it wrong it's all gone to hell. Why'd they have to go and change it? I hope it gets better in time.
I'm not really doing much at the moment. I took a needed breather from actual activity this afternoon, and now I feel like being productive, so I'm cleaning. Went through my closet, and wound up donating about half of my wardrobe. Don't be surprised if I show up to school wrapped in a blanket, because that's about all there's left.
Aaaaand that's about it. I wanna go to the movies sometime. We should get a group together to go after spring practice next week. Maybe?
