ArGh!!!
Dammit! This whole grad school application crap is so frustrating!!! Online forms, paper forms, preprinted forms, non-editable pdf forms, mailing materials, statements of purpose, critical essays, writing samples, money....dammit!!!!!!!! It's so frustrating and nerve racking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think if you do well in UF they should just freakin let you into their damn grad school program without a hitch. But nooooooooooooooooo. I mean, give me a freakin break! And then my 1st choice uni asks for an online exam once the application is submitted, which includes two 5-10 page critical essays!! Arg! Whatever. WHATEVER! I just need to get in :( If I don't get in, I'm going to hole myself up and eat ice cream until I'm too fat to move so I can just die a happy ice cream-filled death. Ice cream and chocolate cake...oooh, the Hershey's chocolate cake they sell at Denny's...and some milk....no wait, I'm lactose intolerant....Vegan chocolate cake, soy milk, and soy ice cream....mmmmm.....I wonder if they sell anything like that really yummy sea salt ice cream I used to get in Noto...but I can't eat it anyway...damn, it was good too...I just can't win...
On a happier note, today was eye candy day for May. The painters and the a/c guys were here and there was one really hot painter dude and one really hot a/c dude to oogle at as a welcome respite from all this heart-palpitation-and-headache-inducing frustration. Yummy yummy.
