Oh, wow, this was excellent! I started to do the "copy-and-paste my favourite parts" thing...and then gave up because there were too many or they were just whole paragraphs so there was no point.

This was the first one, though: “Flora are known to respond productively to stress.” Very nicely done. :-P

Love the whole thing. :-)

I LOVED THIS. On multiple levels. Loved the language of it - that bit about "being a Fallen Corrupter of Innocents Cursed Above Every Beast of the Field" made me grin because it's so sharp and witty and fits perfectly in the writing style of the book. Loved the physical details (the mud! the chest hair! and yes I realise that I just wrote "congratulations on Aziraphale's chest hair" and meant it seriously). Loved Aziraphale and Crowley's interactions and their whole old-marrieds vibe, and their first awkward meeting, loved their characterisations (Crowley especially was spot-on) and adored Eve, her messing about with the leaves at the start, and my heart ached for her at the end.

It did leave me with a longing to know more about Eve (and Lilith, yesssss). I feel like I'll have to read this several times to catch all the details and nuances ( ... )

I'm so happy!! I loooooooooooooved imagining Crowley and Eve, and was so happy to receive this prompt since it really allowed me to explore that relationship. Getting into the nitty-gritty-gross-humanity-bits was my favorite part, and I'm really really thrilled you enjoyed it. Hope your holiday season has been lovely!

…Erp, you caught me out - I'm very American - but hopefully that mental image was worth it!
