I squealed. I jumped up and down. I flailed a little. I thoroughly confused my dog. (So much so that he threw up, actually - or maybe that was because of the extra Christmas treats he received).

This was nothing short of amazing (a wonderful reading adventure, actually), and I cannot thank you enough. It was lovely. Happy holidays to you too, wonderful mystery author!

And the library does look like a waffle iron. Dear me.

Thank you, and of course he did. It's irritating enough to be one of his.

“He does love a good fire,” said Crowley, a little distantly.

I love how you qualified that, "a little distantly," slipping in the reminder of Crowley's background, showing that it's something he really lives with, even if Aziraphale/the reader are only to happy not to think about it. I loved when they did that in the novel, and it's one of my favourite things to see in fic.

“It looks like a waffle iron,” repeated Crowley, then added, for his companion’s benefit; “That’s sort of like a toaster, but for making waffles.”

*snickers*

Thanks, it's something that should never be forgotten. Crowley can pretend to have his place on Earth all he likes, but at the end of the day, he's still a demon.

The waffle iron bit seems to be well loved, I'm glad.

AAAAAAAAARRRGGHH, I now have, "It's a Small World After All" stuck in my head! :S And I love how he put the scrolls before the humans. xD

LOVELY work, I kept giggling throughout. <3
