Don't tell anyone. I watched Hale last Friday. It was a Big Sky Mind Productions gig. And my it was Big. Mostly a Big Bore. We got there at around 8pm and Hale, to affirm their superstar status, played at 2am. I had to burn my ass waiting for them to play around 7 songs. Their cover of Coldplay's In My Place and The Killers' Mr. Brightside were okay.
here is the cheesy part...
buti nalang I did it for love. Misis wanted to see them live. Their opening number Tollgate, made me wife swoon with kilig (giddy-yup). She was pleased. And it was enough for me. -end of mush-
Hilera, a punk-rock band was good though. Angas(what's angas in English?). They will make it big.
but Ciudad, the greatest band next to the other "greatest" bands will always be bigger in my book. Misis agrees... she'll drop Champ anytime for Jeff. Besides, Intrigero is right. Mikey is more wistful. Hehehe.
If wife hints at watching Cueshe,
I will give in.
