When old practices are no longer followed
even by those who are older and supposedly wiser,
When people's response to everything supposedly helpful
and for the greater good is cynical and negative,
A revolution is at hand.
Where everybody loses. Millions of lives will suffer with the conflagration.
The good has vanished (or has been banished?).
Idealism is dead.
