So Thursday night was awesome but Friday night was even more rad. Granted I still hate Cleveland and I still hate everyone in it. If any of you think I'm retardedly violent go hang out down there. They've got no respect. Not even for the singer of VERSE. But anyways, the bands put on an awesome set. I was an old man last nite and watched Bane from the balcony cuz there was just way too many people and I liked heckling Cleveland kids with Jessie. The highlight of the nite was when I saw the dudes from Risky Business. Here's a little background. RB was supposed to play Detroit on Thursday but didn't want to cuz they knew they wouldn't draw with the Bane show going on. So they hopped on the bill down there and I got really bummed out cuz I missed them even though they only played two songs. So I talked to the dudes and they said that them and Sinking Ships from Washington would play a practice space after the show. I was so stoked. I've never had so much fun with 30 other people packed into what was essentially a glorified closet. Side to side, floorpunching and crowd surfing. Yes, I crowd surfed in a 15x15 room. Best part was when the dude from RB shouted out us Detroit Kids and did the Bus Pass cover, I did the whole singalong and then Kenny, Matt and I moshed that place up. I love those guys. Seriously. Thanks to Laura for driving.
Seriously, I don't think I could ask for better friends.
