Budget party was rather pointless, with me being the only one in the room who doesn't study anything remotely related to commerce/economics. I don't even know why I went, it was boring. Wayne Swan...urgh. Though it was hilarious to hear all the girls groan when the tax on 'alcopops' was mentioned. Haha.
The trailer for the US remake of Life on Mars is loltastic and yet very repulsive at the same time. It's obvious that John Simm >>> whoever he is and Philip Glenister >>>> his American counterpart. It just looks tacky.
Had a rather funny day day at uni. A few friends in my biomed crew thought it would be funny to have a 'school uniform day,' so about 5-10 people rocked up to uni in their school uniforms, blazers, ribbons and all. It was hilarious. I would have, but I sold mine. And then Tash and I spent some of lunch sitting in the foyer of the library, guessing what people were going to buy from the vending machines. We had way too much fun.
I really need to start studying for exams. I was wondering why I hadn't started earlier, considering exams are less than a month away, and then I realised it was because we're still learning stuff in lectures...and will be up to the week before exams. How annoying.
I sometimes feel I have the mentality of an Arts student. I'm not even sure I'm enjoying my course. It's just been emotionally dissatisfying, if that's possible.
