seriously though, this is exactly the type of desperation "every penny in the till counts at any cost" approach that has put me right off working in retail right now. They're all at it in one form or another.....

Don't worry Haze, this was just momentary madness (although letters to the chief exec, media spokesperson and manager of our local chain, all marked personal, are on their way!).
