Um, wow. It appears that I am leaving for Philmont on 27th May, instead of the 29th, thanks to flight and shuttle logistics things. That's two days after prom and eleven days after graduation.

MY GOODNESS, LOOK AT THIS DRESS! What kind of a nut would wear that?! How hideous! And it must be so uncomfortable!

I am going, and I haven't found a dress yet. I'm keeping an open mind, but I think I'd like a halter, since I'm so hourglassy. In a jewel tone, probably.

I'm going for the Jane Austen look. It's gonna be fun. I'm not sure I'll have handgloves, though: ones that button at the wrist. Gloves make the outfit. Oh, well.
