this is so important it had to become an entry
there's this dude nate, he has like the biggest sideburns known to man, ever, even in like 18th c. england. he went to de anza, and so did his crazy russian/israeli friend, who went to monta vista hs. the three of us bashed middle college kids for like an hour, then we moved on to high school kids (briefly), and then how (for euro guy) writing college papers is pretty much the same as writing high school papers, and college is not stressful, but really just more like high school, but really big, and with dumber people.

i might get a job at a cafe, and i might also model for a salon. that would be sweet. because then i will be discovered and become a professional haircut/makeup model, and never have to go to school again. oh yes.
and, i am officially going to galway next year. i got the very official ("congratulations you've been accepted to galway barbara") confirmation email today. i guess i'm also officially going to see u2 in april.
