The most interesting tuesday ever

the title is serious.  on february 6th, i had the most interesting tuesday ever.

it started out as normal.  i cooked, slept, etc. and then went back to work for five pm.  on saturday the 3rd, i had the rudest customer ever.  she rolled her eyes at me 3 times, in seperate incidents, for no fault of my own.  it was a packed hosue, line up at the door and every seat full.  the family was seated at table nine, and when i asked if i may please bring them beverages, she rolled her eyes at me.  when i had to go back and apologize becuz i couldn't get drinks fast from the bar, she rolled her eyes at me.  when they asked for free curly fries with their son's nachos, i said i'd do what i could, she rolled her eyes at me.  so i ordered them a half order of fries and charged them for it.  they ate it, and even when i did my check-in, they never complained to me about the fries.  when i billed them, she bitched about not wanting to pay for them but she would this time.  just SUCH a *insert bad word*.

anyways, so to start my night out, i had a call from THAT women, complaining about me!  never once did she mention rolling her eyes, or that she didn't mention the fries when i checked-in at the table.  that was wierd... how do you take a call from a customer complaining about YOU?  question of the day.

the night finished off with an assault!!  some kids, two girls and a guy, dined n dashed, and i chased.  unfortunately for them, 1.) i never forget a face and can identify them. and 2.) one of the girls hit me in the face 3 times.  any one of them can now be charged with the assault *apparently* because it happened after the commision of a crime.  can you believe it?  we told the chick who hit me that we wouldn't press charges if she came back and we talked about it, but instead she didn't and then hit me after that twice more.  pathetic people now a days.

the sad thing is that this incident has made me lose faith in all humanity.  these are the future leaders of the world... or people like them, anyways.  now i look over my shoulder everytime i go out.  i expect to get attacked again.  i don't like the world i see anymore.
