Due to the kinda depressing nature of my first vid, combined with the travesty that has been the recent eps of SV, I (and xparrot, who was my personal pep squad for this project) was in some serious need of happy!Clex. And for all you non-SV fans out there, this is proof

I became a rabid vid fan when I got into anime, and now it's carried back over into my western fandoms. Though it was the Clex that actually got me motivated to start vidding myself. All hail the Clex!! And there so needs to be more happy!Clex vids, that's the one place we're sadly lacking (the show going the way its going, it's no surprise...but still...^_-)

Ahh, you're an anime fan! That's interesting. I've always found Smallville so visually rich, I've felt it had strong similarities with anime. Does that sound daft? And yes, the Clex will do it! (It's what got me into fandom full stop!) I know... it's true there are not enough happy Clex vids. It's so hard with the show getting so dark and Lex disappearing into villainy--I've made one Clex vid and it so nearly ended up with an angst ending, but I pulled it back from the brink thanks to some astute beta comments. Phew! *wipes brow*

Yup, been into anime for a while now. (I started off fanning waaaay back when, with Western shows, but stayed clear of Slash at the time. Anime fandom played a big part, in fact, with getting me into TEH GAY! And now I've come full circle, to western fandom, but with the added love of slash ^_^)

What song was your Clex vid to? (I have watched sooooo many SV vids in the last few months, I'm guessing I've seen it...and if not, I want to!) Yay for happy!Clex! *chinks glass back*

My SV vid was to 'Like a friend' by Pulp. It was originally posted here but the download links probly long since expired. If you want to see it, let me know and I'll re-upload. It was tough to make--I'm still learning about vidding and it really pushed me. There's a bit of sarcasm and woobieness in there too, but I did push for the happy overall. ;-)
