Cinnamon buns!
Yesterday (well, Saturday) was national cinnamon bun day in Sweden and I'd planned to actually join in on this one and bake some buns but never got round to going to get the proper ingredients so didn't. But I did today, and managed to overcome all obstacles and produce some rather tasty buns. They are huge and soft and not dry at all and with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar butter mix between the layers and are more or less perfect :D
I've never baked with dried yeast before and it is over 6 years since I last baked anything that wasn't cookies or cakes, so I am extremely proud over these buns. The fact that my flatmates ohed and ahed and told me I should open a bakery helped as well ;)
