When they started going for the final story arcing which I knew would involve an apocalypse (ah, for the days of Buffy and her seasonal apocalypses - and the seasons of Angel where there were multiple apocalypti per season between the two :) and there would need to be some sort of Good v. Evil going on and I honestly expected the brothers to be pitted against eachother after they split after Sam's demonic bit. It's looking like it's mostly filler though for the last few episodes, the latest one's about Cupid? Though I just realized it's filler, as it relates to how the filler works out during an apocalypse.

IASIP I've yet to follow regularly but there's definitely been some comedy gold (omg was that chair dipped in gold?!)

I lost track of Eureka after this last season, I think the last season was all about Gillette product placement honestly .. or Axe or whatever it was.

Dollhouse! I'm constantly expecting each episode to be the last since it was cancelled? I am unsure where they're going to go with their own Apocalypse. I thought she did pretty well as Echo's alter-egos for the most part, you could definitely see some of her Faith popping up though.

I loved Alias and then it lost me when Sydney died for three years? or .. was in stasis or went through a wormhole.

I lived for Buffy, it was like.. my show. Nothing else on the air at the time really caught my imagination like Whedon did in my formative years and I fell in love with anything he did since then. I think though the collaboration of all the writers contributed to that.

Farscape! I finally got around to watching the last season and made-for-tvs this last December, great show.

All the modern Doctor Who series I loved.

Watched what there was to watch of American Gothic. Need to see Millenium, Carnivale!, Hex I only caught the first series of.. Lost interest in Nip/Tuck after the first few seasons and watched most of the rest of the shows - you should watch that Iraq War Mini-series with Alexander Skarsgaard I forget what it was called.
