My Idea for a Troma movie
The Title:
Crack Smoking Retards
Mentally delayed people, smoking rock. And then they kill people. It's like that opening scene from Toxic Avenger IV, only a whole movie of it. Actually, it's exactly like TA IV's opening scene, so let's say what really happens -
The movie opens with these "fuckin' retards" in a crack den, in their Group Home, graffiti on the walls, dirt everywhere, just absolute filth, and then these MRs (Mental Retards) are scattered throughout the room in various degrees of crack-smoking, all the while wearing those dopey MR smiles. Some are perhaps having intercourse, while others are just doing their best to get fucked up with those poor reflexes and MR muscles all while Kids television shows play in the background, the flickering of "Wonder Pets" set off against the flint and tinder of a lighter.
I guess Crispin Hellion Glover's What Is It? really got to me in a bad way.
