whats up with me?
hey, nothing new is going on in my life right now. im actually the most boring person i know. honestly... i am... i don't even read my past journals because they are so damn boring... so i don't expect you guys to read them either... ;) lol... but anyways...
The naval academy had their graduation the other day. it was pouring rain, and the mids wouldn't let the academy move the caremony inside. i wouldn't fully know for sure, but im guessing there is something much more honorable about being in the stadium rather than crammed into alumni hall. not that i ever will, but the only reason i would ever go to the academy is because if i did, my family would look at me in an entirely different way. they would be proud of me, and they would be all honorable and stuff. don't get me wrong, im so pumped my brother is where he is. its just sometimes i wish he wasn't such a hard act to follow. i never felt like i had to compete with him.. but everyone is expecting it. they all ask me what i am goin to do to top him... but i know i can't... i feel like im gonna fail before i even try.
